Article behavoir

Condition

Determines the condition of your offered products. The options include: New, Refurbished, and Used.

Use article id instead of sku

YES: Instead of the article number (SKU), the internal Shopware article ID can be used in the first column of the data feed. This can be useful in conjunction with the Facebook Pixel and Dynamic Ads.

NO: Article number (SKU) is used.

Only products with stock

YES: The data feed includes only items with a positive stock level.

NO: All active items, regardless of their stock level, will be exported.

Fix inventory

YES: All products in the feed will be transmitted with the availability in stock. This overrides the configuration Only Products with Stock, and items without stock will also be transmitted. This option should be enabled for shops that produce their products on-demand and do not keep them in stock.

Export variants

YES: In addition to the main articles, all associated variants will be exported.

NO: Only the main articles will be exported.

Use supplier ID as "brand"

YES: The Shopware internal ID of the article manufacturer will be used.

NO: The manufacturer name will be used in the data feed.

Use additional images

YES: Up to 10 images of a product are determined, and these are listed, comma-separated.

NO: Only the main image will be used.

For product images, it should be ensured that they are at least in the resolution of 600px x 600px. Images with lower resolution will be imported by Facebook but marked with a corresponding note. Variants can also be exported upon request.

Use basic unit price (container item)

This determines which price will be output in the feed. Both the package/bundle price and the calculated price for the base unit can be output.

EXAMPLE The package price is €20 (base unit 1, content 2). If YES is selected, €10 will be output in the feed. If NO is selected, €20 will be output.

Append Base Price to Product Name

If this option is enabled, the base price is appended to the product name and output in the title field.

EXAMPLE Riesling dry 0.75 liters (€9.33 / liter)

This option should not be activated together with the option Use base unit price (container item) since the base price would then correspond to the bundle price and would therefore no longer be correct.

Global supplier

If you are the manufacturer of your products, it may be that this information is not maintained for every item. With this field, you have the option to output the manufacturer's name globally.

WARNING If set, all information on the item with this designation will be overwritten.

Use rich text description

If this option is enabled, the product description including HTML formatting is output in the rich_text_description field in the feed. This allows descriptions to be visually optimized.
